Peacock Engineering’s mobile solution has helped us drive our technicians to do the right, consistent maintenance every time. Fingertip is user friendly for our technicians and allows follow up work order to be automatically generated.
With the introduction of Fingertip for Maximo to our 190 strong field workforce, Infinis have seen a significant improvement in the real-time reporting of work progress and status. This has provided a more accurate view of work to the Planners in our Logistics Centre whose job it is to schedule emergency, reactive and planned work across our 130 operating sites nationally. The speed and ease of use of Fingertip has promoted high levels of acceptance and adoption by our Engineers and we are enthusiastic about the next steps.
